First we must “Establish Device Uplink near Daily Rubble.” Daily Rubble is a new landmark made from a crashed airship you can find to the far northeast. At this spot is a tiny island with a house and you can find the hologram audio log needed to progress the quest here: Upon touching the hologram audio log the quest will change to “Recover a Data Drive from Daily Rubble.” The locations you can do this are shown on this map. You’ll only need to recover a single data drive so the grouping should help.
